Blood Orange Salsa
Makes 1 quart
A sweeter (dare I say, prettier) version of summer’s favorite side, pico de gallo aka, salsa.
6 blood oranges, peeled and chopped
6 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped with stems
3 limes, juiced
1 – 1 ½ teaspoon salt, to taste
Combine all ingredients and serve with chips.
