S’mores Pops

I love this dessert. It is so stinking easy and blows people away. The food stylist secret in this one is easy: the blowtorch. I caveat this by saying, be safe! Have a fire extinguisher on hand and do not allow children to use.
2 ice cream pops of your choice
1 egg white
Sugar
1 sleeve of graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
Add egg white to a large bowl, using a hand mixer, whisk egg white until slightly frothy and then begin to sprinkle in sugar. You’ll need about ¾ cups or enough to create a light, fluffy and marshmallow-like texture.
Slather the egg white mixture on ice cream bars (you might not need all of it) and dunk the whole thing in graham crackers. Using your blowtorch, torch the outside until charred like it would be at a campfire. Eat immediately.
