Chocolate Raspberry Bark

Line up one pint of raspberries on a parchment lined sheet tray. Melted 1 cup dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour the chocolate over the raspberries to fully coat and then place in the freezer. Freezer until hard and then break.
