Antipasti Salad
Serves 4-6 

This is a grazing salad if we’ve ever seen one. And why we love it is for its versatility. Share over a delicious Italian supper, alongside a cheese board with toothpicks or as a picnic side. Our Evermill Italian Blend is easily one of our favorites and kisses each part of this salad, giving a really Italian taste to it.

1 head romaine lettuce
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 cup olives
1 cup roasted red peppers
1 cup artichoke hearts
1 cup white beans
1 cup bocconcini
1 cup hot peppers
1 cup basil leavesSalt
1 generous tablespoon Evermill Italian Blend
Red wine vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil 

On a large platter shingle and separate romaine leaves and lay flat. Arrange tomatoes, olives, red peppers, artichokes, white beans, bocconcini , hot peppers, and basil leaves on the platter. Sprinkle with salt, Evermill Italian Blend, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
